Kim Crowie is the Editor of SA Chef magazine, a trade publication for the hospitality industry, and the official voice of the South African Chefs Association. She also helms several other business-to-business magazines under the auspices of Film & Event Media. Kim has a Bachelors in Journalism and a background in the arts and creative writing, with almost a decade of experience in writing for the film, business events, food and hospitality, and entertainment industries. When she’s not chasing a deadline or finding out about the latest trend, she’s spending quality time with her muso husband and adorable one-year-old.
