The 10 years experience within human performance and behavior led me into a PhD at Vrije University in Amsterdam, and with a keen interest in data and consumer behavior, I have ended up at Nielsen South Africa. With an interest in Big Data and trends, Nielsen was the perfect place for me to use my research expertise, and interest in analysis in order to study the Retail (FMCG) environment. Over 4 years within the business, I currently lead the Retail Vertical for Nielsen SA with the objective to solidify relationships as well as reach growth objectives.
With experience within high performance teams, as well as the leadership academy , I have been given a solid platform to build and lead teams efficiently, making sure the business reaches it overall goal.
Research, analysis, and overall business strategy while leading teams is a passion of mine.
